Sudeshna always knew he wanted two things: to farm, and to make a real difference.
He’s an IIT Kharagpur grad in Agricultural and Food Process Engineering, a national GATE topper, and a robotics whiz who once represented India at the World RoboSoccer Championship in Beijing.
Before founding First Harvest, he led product and process innovation at Eggoz and Rebel Foods — but his heart stayed rooted in soil. Today, he’s the force behind our regenerative systems, soil-first philosophy, and yield-maximising magic.
